1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Your custom wedding ensemble will ship within five to seven business days from the time it is approved. Orders will be sent either via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Standard Ground, depending on the size of the order.  Return to top

2. Is there a discount for large orders?
Yes, the price for each component of your wedding ensemble does decrease as you order larger quantities. The price you see updates automatically, so you know right away what price you’ll be paying. The order total in the “checkout” row updates automatically as well.  Return to top

3. What kind of paper are your products printed on?
Our wedding invitations, tent cards, postcards, bands and sleeves are printed on 100# bright‐white, acid‐free, recycled, smooth cover stock.  Return to top

4. I’m having a small wedding; can I get less than 50 invitations?
Due to production requirements, fifty (50) of each individual component is our minimum order.  Return to top

5. Will you check my spelling and grammar?
We will correct obvious typos if we catch them, but we cannot be responsible for proofing spelling and grammar. You will be able to see a proof before the order goes to print, and we recommend that at least two people look over the proof to check for errors in spelling, grammar and placement of names.  Return to top

6. Do you have a catalog?
We do not offer a printed catalog, since our product creation is entirely web-based.  Return to top

7. Will I be able to see a proof before my order is printed?
Yes, an EProof will be sent to the email address you provide, for your convenience in proofing your order. If you wish to receive an actual printed ensemble of your order for previewing, a charge of $75.00 will apply.  Return to top

8. What is an EProof?
Our Electronic Proofs are printable PDF documents showing an approximation of how your printed products will appear. You can print out a copy, or view it on your monitor. You can also share it with others to assist in the proofing process. The first two proofs are provided at no charge. The third and fourth proofs may incur a $10.00 fee. Five proofs or more may be assessed a $20.00 fee per proof.

To view or print the EProof, you will need Adobe® Reader® software, which can be downloaded at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html  Return to top

9. On my screen the words and images look fuzzy – will they print that way?
The screen resolution of most monitors ranges from 72‐96 dpi, while our products are printed at a minimum of 600dpi. The image you see on your screen is only a close approximation of how it will print.
In the case of products with a photo option, we need a high resolution file to work with – if it looks fuzzy on your screen when viewed at 100%, it will not print well either. You’ll need to supply us with a large image at a reasonably high resolution (300‐600dpi) for best results.  Return to top

10. Do you ship outside the US?
At this time, MonogramWedding.com only ships within the United States.  Return to top

11. If I don’t like my products, can I return them?
We guarantee our work to be free from defects in workmanship. If any products are flawed due to our error, we will promptly replace them. We request that you very carefully proof your order, as we cannot accept returns for products that are printed exactly as you specified.  Return to top

12. Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed we will gladly give you a complete refund. If your order has been processed a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. Return to top

13. Can I order samples before placing my order?
You may order a sample pack, which includes a sample of each item of our product line for $12.95, including shipping and handling. Our sample pack includes over 15 items, includes a color chart, and will give you a complete look at all our wedding products.  Return to top

14. My wedding is less than a month away; can I place a rush order?
Rush orders will ship in three business days from the order date. A rush fee of 20% will apply.  Return to top

15. Why should I order “Save The Date” cards and invitations?
The “Save The Date” card is a simple, quick and inexpensive way to make sure your friends and loved ones know the date of your wedding, in order to reduce scheduling conflicts and surprises. They can be sent out up to a year in advance, and should contain as many details (date, location, time, etc.) as possible.  Return to top

16. How far in advance of my wedding should I order my invitations?
Since invitations should be mailed out six to eight weeks before the wedding, they should be ordered at least three months before the wedding.  Return to top

17. I’m not sure how my invitations and cards should be worded. Can you help me?
Our custom products have some suggested wording in place, and can be changed as you wish. You may also visit our wedding etiquette page (coming soon) for advice and inspiration.  Return to top

18. How many songs will fit on a CD?
Each CD will hold approximately 80 minutes of music, or 700MB of data.  Return to top

19. How do I know you’ll put the correct songs on the CD?
We do not supply any music or data – what you will receive is a blank CD‐R with artwork and text printed directly on the upper surface. If you choose labels, they are easily applied using a CD label applicator, available at most office supply stores.  Return to top

20. What’s the difference between the label and the printed CD option?
The CD is a blank CD‐R with artwork and text printed directly on the upper surface. Labels are printed with the artwork and text, and are self‐adhesive. You place them on your CDs. If you choose labels, they are easily applied using a CD label applicator, available at most office supply stores.  Return to top
