1. We are very confident in our ability to provide you with beautiful wedding collections in a timely manner.
Processing time, once your order is submitted is 1-3 business days. Our business days run Monday-Friday from
8am – 5pm PST. If an order is placed after 5 PM the following day is counted as Day 1. For example if an order
placed at 4.:59 PM PST on Monday, then Monday starts Day 1 and you will receive your e-proof no later then
Wednesday at 5 PM PST. If your order is placed at 5:01 PM PST on Monday, then Tuesday is counted as Day 1
and you will receive your proof no later the Thursday at 5 PM PST. Orders will be sent either via USPS Priority Mail
or UPS Standard Ground, depending on the size of the order. Orders are shipped from Oregon. back to top

2. Yes, the price for each component of your wedding ensemble does decrease as you order larger quantities.
The price you see updates automatically, so you know right away what price you’ll be paying. The order total in
the “checkout” row updates automatically as well. back to top

3. Our wedding invitations, tent cards, postcards, bands and sleeves are printed on 100# bright‐white, acid‐free, recycled, smooth cover stock. back to top

4. Due to production requirements, fifty (50) of each individual component is our minimum order. back to top

5. We do not offer a printed catalog, since our product creation is entirely web-based. back to top

6. No, because the order screen will show you a real-time preview of your color and ensemble selection
(unless you are color matching). However, a order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.
If you wish to receive an actual printed ensemble of your order for previewing, a charge of $75.00 will apply.

7. The screen resolution of most monitors ranges from 72‐96 dpi, while our products are printed at a minimum of 600dpi.
The image you see on your screen is only a close approximation of how it will print, and will not actually print blurry. back to top

8. At this time, MonogramWedding.com only ships within the United States. back to top

9. We guarantee our work to be free from defects in workmanship. If any products are flawed due to our error,
we will promptly replace them. We request that you very carefully proof your order, as we cannot accept returns
for products that are printed exactly as you specified. back to top

10. We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.
If your order has not been processed we will gladly give you a complete refund. If your order has been processed a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. back to top

11. You may order a sample pack, which includes a sample of each item of our product line for $12.95, including shipping
and handling. Our sample pack includes over 15 items, includes a color chart, and will give you a complete look at all our
wedding products. back to top

12. The “Save The Date” card is a simple, quick and inexpensive way to make sure your friends and loved ones know the
date of your wedding, in order to reduce scheduling conflicts and surprises. They can be sent out up to a year in advance,
and should contain as many details (date, location, time, etc.) as possible. back to top

13. Since invitations should be mailed out six to eight weeks before the wedding, they should be ordered at least three
months before the wedding. back to top

14. Our custom products have some suggested wording in place, and can be changed as you wish. You may also visit our
wedding etiquette page (coming soon) for advice and inspiration. back to top

15. We will not guarantee any color matching by phone or e-mail. We recommend that if you have a specific color that you
want to match send us a color swatch (napkin, ribbon, extra fabric) and we will provide complimentary color matching to
duplicate the color as best we can. Please make sure to clearly label the name in which the order was placed under. Please
