Our MonogramWedding.com guarantee allows you to shop and design with confidence. We know that you will be delighted with your wedding items. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and will gladly replace any components if there is an error caused by us. If you are not satisfied with your order you may request a re-print or refund, however orders may be subject to a re-shipping fee. Please note that shipping cost are not calculated into discounts and are non-refundable.
Please note that there are no refunds for custom orders or color selections. We print what you approved. Please understand that computer monitors display colors differently so we do not guarantee any color through electronic exchanges. However, we provide a free color matching service in which we will need a physical sample of the correct color (ie ribbon, fabric, paper…). We will print your order to match that sample as best we can. Be advised that comparing a proof printed on your printer to the color printed at our facility would not be a valid comparison because they most likely do not print the same.
