What is the standard order timeline?
Standard order process time is 2-3 days for your e-proof and 3-5 business days for production. Please view our Order Process page for further explanation.
What is Rush?
When you select to Rush your order you will receive your e-proof within 1-2 business days and your order will be ready to ship within 3 business days of e-proof approval. Please view our Order Process page for further explanation.
What are your preferred shipping carriers
The preferred shipping carriers for MonogramWedding.com are the United States Postal Service (USPS - www.usps.com) and United States Parcel (UPS – www.ups.com). Orders shipping to a P.O. Box can only be shipped through USPS, while orders shipping via UPS must have an address that contains a street address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can accommodate international orders but NOT sample requests. Standard International shipping is provided by United States Postal Service. You may calculate the estimated shipping cost at (USPS – International Shipping Rates) however prices may vary depending on the size of your order.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders shipped via USPS take approximately 2-4 days for delivery. However, the delivery time is not guaranteed. Please view the map above to view ship times for orders shipped via UPS Ground Service. With all orders you will be sent and an e-mail with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
May I ship my order faster?
If your order needs to be expedited you can select to Rush your order and/or ship either UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3rd Day Select.
May I ship my order to an address other than the billing address?
Yes, please leave a note in the comment box at checkout with your separate shipping address. To ensure the safe and proper delivery of your order all orders that request delivery to a different address other then the billing address, a signature will be required.
Are there any delivery requirements?
To ensure the safe and proper delivery of your order all orders that request delivery to a different address other then the billing address, a signature will be required. If you will not be available for a signature you may contact your local service station to have the package held for pickup. You may also request for “no signature required” in the comment box at checkout but note that we will not except any claims for improper delivery of your order.
May I cancel or return my order?
There is a $50 cancellation fee once your order is submitted and your e-proof has been e-mailed to you. Your order is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship. We will replace orders at no charge if it is determined that we caused an error or for poor quality in workmanship. We strongly recommenced that you review the e-proof of your order very carefully. What you approve is what we send to the printer. We will not except any returns that are printed to your approved specifications. We have the right to refuse any business.
